鎧裝多點熱電偶工作原理
鎧裝多點熱電偶是兩(liang)種不同成(cheng)份的(de)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)兩(liang)端(duan)(duan)經焊接(jie)(jie),形成(cheng)回路(lu),直接(jie)(jie)測(ce)溫(wen)端(duan)(duan)叫(jiao)工(gong)作端(duan)(duan),接(jie)(jie)線端(duan)(duan)子端(duan)(duan)叫(jiao)冷端(duan)(duan),也稱參比端(duan)(duan)。當(dang)工(gong)作端(duan)(duan)和參比端(duan)(duan)存在溫(wen)差(cha)時,就會在回路(lu)中產(chan)生熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),接(jie)(jie)上(shang)顯(xian)示儀表(biao),儀表(biao)上(shang)就會指示出熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)所產(chan)生的(de)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)的(de)對應溫(wen)度(du)值。鎧裝熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)的(de)熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)將(jiang)隨著(zhu)測(ce)量端(duan)(duan)溫(wen)度(du)升高(gao)而增長(chang),熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)勢(shi)的(de)大(da)小只(zhi)和熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)材質以及兩(liang)端(duan)(duan)溫(wen)差(cha)有關,和熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)長(chang)度(du)、直徑無關。鎧裝熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)的(de)結(jie)構原理是,是由導體(ti)(ti)(ti)、高(gao)絕(jue)緣氧化鎂、外(wai)套1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼保護管,經多次一體(ti)(ti)(ti)拉(la)制而成(cheng)。鎧裝熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)產(chan)品主要(yao)由接(jie)(jie)線盒、接(jie)(jie)線端(duan)(duan)子和鎧裝熱(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)(ou)(ou)組成(cheng)基(ji)本結(jie)構,并(bing)配以各種安裝固定(ding)裝置組成(cheng)。
